As the industry feels continued pressure from stakeholders and implemented risk measures, the challenge for today’s executive C&B team remains a battle of retention figures whilst practicing compliance and translating shareholder concerns.

This event, now in its 11th year will bring together high-level C&B executives from key organisations to share strategy and insight in how to create an effective pay for performance strategy, unify LTI initiatives with company growth and how to manage pay differentiation in local and international markets.
